tj, you would probably get as many different answers as there are people to answer the question. What do you like to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner? Exactly what you eat isn't as important as eating meals routinely and no snacks, no seconds, no sweets -- except on S days.

ooh i totally understand that, but I was asking the author Reinhard what he eats in a typical week himself....
