Hi, I just started the No S Diet last week, and it seems perfect for me. The structure is great, and I can't trick myself into thinking I'm eating less than I actually am. I also can't allow special days that aren't really special. It's pretty obvious which days start with S. I have tried giving up sweets permanently, and I now see why those diets never worked. I can't give up those things permanently. That's what causes binges. The best thing about this diet is that you don't feel sorry for yourself while doing it.
