Pretty happy so far. I did cut down my S days to one on the weekend, seemed kind of a waste to me to lose ground 2 days during the weekend since I am working so hard during the week.

I tried that approach, and oh did it backfire! If you end up having N Day failures, consider alowing yourself two S Days in the week. My weight is fluctuating a lot because of my S Days, but the overall trend is DOWN. The leftover Holloween candy does not tempt me AT ALL.

Congratulations!

It doesn't surprise me that cutting down to one S day would accelerate the process -- the problem is it can be unmaintainably hard. But if you're not feeling resentful and deprived, this obviously isn't an issue. Just be prepared to revert to two if you find that all of a sudden it is.
