Whole milk

Post by Amy » Mon May 04, 2009 4:10 pm

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone else feels guilty about drinking whole milk. I really do like it and it does make me feel full. I just get stuck in this diet mentality that I have to drink low fat milk.

I don't think there's a thing wrong with drinking whole milk. However, you may have to be careful about how much you consume because it is higher in calories.
