Vanilla No-S is No-S as written with no modifications.
Eat Stop Eat is not related to No-s; it's fast for 24 hours once or twice weekly, generally from dinner one night until dinner the next night.
"That which we persist in doing becomes easier for us to do. Not that the nature of the thing itself has changed but our power to do it is increased." -- Ralph Waldo Emerson
"You are what you eat -- so don't be Fast, Easy, Cheap or Fake."

This one comes up a lot.
I think we need a glossary.
Anyway, welcome!

Reinhard, just put it in a sticky so it's at the top of the thread!
