to begin a good month. I follow no s but only for the most part. It has helped me so far from putting on weight and that is good considering I had 3 Thanksgivings. I want to do a good full month and actually lose those last 5 pounds before New Years. It would be so good to not have any resolutions that don't require weight loss.

Yikes, jellybean, reading this made me wish I'd been a little more determined in following No S, though S days have been my biggest issue, in my opinion. I was hoping to have them be smooth sailing by now. I've got to rmember there are really only three more weekends left! And then the rest of my life.
