This is my kind of "diet!" I found this one years ago. I never followed the suggested menus, just the Garlicky Tomato Soup Base and the soups made from it. I'd started eating soup for lunch most days a couple of years prior to reading this article and finding the recipe.
Today I'm making a white bean, sausage and spinach (because I don't have kale) soup.

Raising a glass to soup! Sitting here with a full belly from my homemade roasted butternut squash soup! (note: part of the full belly is due to the fact that the soup requires you to roast the butternut squash seeds for the garnish. I ate all of said garnish while waiting for soup to finish, which is okay, because it's an s-day. LOL).
Slow and steady wins the race.
