Hello fellow No-S followers. I just finished reading a book by Dr. Bill Gavin a Seattle area Cardiologist titled " No White At Night". It has alot in common and is verv compatible with No-S. The "Diet" consists of three simple rules.
1) Eat three meals a day
2) Eat Protein with every meal about 10-20 grams.
3) Do not eat any white or starchy foods at night.
There are also some simple guide lines to use to i.e.
Keep Portion sizes in check, only eat servings of carbs about the size a slice of bread.
If you are tired after eating you ate to many starchy carbs
and if you still hungry you didnt eat enough protein.
Pretty simple and straightforward. And I feel would make some great mods to No-S[/b][/i]
Three Rules!

I think this really depends on the person. Some people get filled up by protein, others carbs. Personally, I can eat a bowl of plain rice with soya sauce and be full for hours, no protein necessary.
