I've been fairly down for the past few weeks due to illness, and gaining back some weight...
I know my habits are starting to show some signs of structural weakness, and some old ones have been trying to reassert themselves..
I need to squash them like a bug!!!
This will be where I just keep track of three things...
As I wrote on my regular checkin, my thread is too organic and cluttered and bloggy to really just keep track, in a linear way (especially because so many wonderful people write me and I like to post so much, it just gets confusing...)
So If you feel like writing about anything you see here, just write me back on my regular thread, so I can keep this area very clear and simple...
My personal goal for this year is to lose anywhere between 20 and 30 more pounds and lose around five inches from my waist, and around 2 or 3 three from my arms...
