I'm 3 day in the green
I'm also staying green today even if it is Saturday
Start weight 156.5 lbs
No goal weight
Just eating 3 meals a day
No Snacks
No Second
No Sweet
Except on days that start with S

Good job staying in the green, lindalou!

I thought about saying in the green today too, since (because of the way Jan 1st fell) last week wasn't a full week of no-S, but I had a particular craving that I was afraid if I didn't give myself the opportunity to scratch it (with a cupcake!), that I may be more tempted to stray next week. :wink:

Count plates, not calories. 11 years "during"

There is no S better than (mod) Vanilla No S
