Mocha
Lunch: Thai soup, yogurt, granola, fruit, nuts
Dinner: pad Thai noodles w shrimp, stir fry veggies, glass of wine
I was longing for seconds of my pad Thai noodles. I adore Thai food and would choose that over something sweet any day. I knew I could have the leftovers tomorrow though so put them in the frig, drank my wine & that was that. I love that my next yummy, satisfying meal is never far away!
I'm really noticing some nice changes in the mirror. My cheekbones are back & my double chin is almost non-existent! My shirts are much looser & my pants are a little less snug. It seems like I lose weight starting from the top. I guess my toes will be the last to see any action.
Still crazy to me that I'm losing weight while eating normal food & good sized portions. I'm exercising very little at this point but plan to commit to that after I reach my 100 day mark. One thing at a time.
