(New!) Read (or post) about people who have stuck with No-S for 10 or more months, lost 10 or more pounds, or 10 or more percent for their starting weight. Periodic updates strongly encouraged -- you can think of it as "Yearly Check In."

I was searching for a diet plan last week that I thought I could be successful with as well as maintain for the long haul. I came across No S and decided right away it fits the bill. So today is my first day. I measured and weighed last night.
Age 36

217 lbs
I'll check in later - maybe 3 months??? - and give my update.
Wish me luck!

Thank you for the advice. I checked them out and started a Daily Check In as well as a HabitCal yesterday.
Day 1 was a SUCCESS! No Snacks, No Sweets, No Seconds and I did 14 minutes of ShovelGlove.

This is my first day eating the no s diet way. I've tried every diet there is but nothing worked long term. I am going to give the no s diet a chance.
I'll keep you updated weekly.
