I think I'll jump in this month. I'm trying to move away from thinking about weight loss and into maintenance thinking . . . which I suppose means not thinking about it?
In any case, I need to tight-up the habits and lose the scale.

Had to think about it a bit this evening but . overall a reasonably easy win.

I'm so disappointed in myself. Before I had the chips I even reminded myself that I wasn't going to like how I felt about it today. But, I had them anyway. Sigh . . .

Going in for med. test tomorrow so liquid diet today.
