I know there are only a few of us doing these, but I'm finding them helpful. Join at any time throughout the month.

1 - S day
2 - S day
3 - 14 min.: office dance party for one - grateful no one peeked in the window.
4 - Virtual plating fail. I'm counting it as seconds. 14 min.: kettlebell and dancing.
5 - 14 min.: office dance party - my coworker "caught" me, but we had a nice chuckle over it.
6 - NWS day: Feast of the Transfiguration
7 - NWS day: Family reunion
8 - S day
9 - S day
10 -
11 -
12 - This has been a terrible week for compliance! I'm aiming for two greens to finish off the week.
13 - Whew! Finally.
14 - Fine until dinner prep, then not so fine.
15 - S day
16 - S day
17 -
18 - Grateful for two greens in a row. I'm planning on five, of course, but it's nice to be back in good, moderate standing.
19 -
20 - virtual plating is not my friend. A bit of WTH after dinner, but I put myself in check.

I think I'll jump in this month. I'm trying to move away from thinking about weight loss and into maintenance thinking . . . which I suppose means not thinking about it? In any case, I need to tight-up the habits and lose the scale.
Day 1: S-day
Day 2: S-day
Day 3:
Day 4: Had to think about it a bit this evening but . overall a reasonably easy win.
Day 5: I'm so disappointed in myself. Before I had the chips I even reminded myself that I wasn't going to like how I felt about it today. But, I had them anyway. Sigh . . .
Day 6: Going in for med. test tomorrow so liquid diet today.
Day 7: S-day. Med. testing
Day 8: S - day. uneventful
Dsy 9: S - day
Day 10: - Did fine until I was sitting in front of the TV. Same old story.
Day 11: -
Day 12: There is a definite link between tiredness and eating.
Day 13:
Day 14:
Day 15: s-day
Day 16: s-day
