Hi, everyone,
I thought it would be fun to share books that align with No S eating or are helpful for fixing a bad relationship with food. I ADORE Geneen Roth books. I'm currently reading her book, "When Food is Love" and oh man. It is hitting me HARD. I also love reading books about mindful eating. There are so many out there, but they have been super helpful to me. My favorite books about eating and body image are:

What are your favorites? I've read SO many things. I feel like I've been reading books about body image and eating for decades, haha. So I tried to only include things that work with No S or are very close to being able to work with No S.

I have quite a few body image food acceptance books. Mostly Intuitive eating books. I have read most/all? of Geneen Roths books. I love those! I have also read Eating in the Light of the Moon and found it super impactful.
Overcoming Overeating, by Jane R. Hirschmann , Carol H. Munter (THis was my favorite book that helped me the most several years ago)
When Women stop hating their bodies, by Jane R. Hirschmann , Carol H. Munter (This one is really good too)
The diet survivors handbook: 60 Lessons in Eating, Acceptance and Self Care by Judith Matz
Beyond Chocolate by Sophie Boss, Audrey Boss
A book that follows the No S way with only 3 meals and building habits is
Lean Habits by Georgie Fear. However, be warned: The first habits are about 3 meals, letting yourself get hungry for a certain time before meals, and eating just enough. After that its about plate composition so it can be triggering if you are trying to get off the diet train But, I found it helpful with the first 3 habits.

I just picked up "Overcoming Overating" and will look for When Women Stop Hating their Bodies! ALl of the ones you named sound good.
