Anybody else modifying suppers?

Post by osoniye » Mon Jun 18, 2012 5:49 am

So... here I am after 2 years of NoS, 149#- exacactly where I was when I started, and a few # down from last year. Not bad really.
I am trying a small mod from vanilla NoS these days... just that evening meals should not have a starch and should be over by 6 pm. This is not a hardship for me at all, just something to keep aware of in planning. (I am not low carb these days, and eat a big plate of fried eggs and potatoes most mornings!)
Anybody else out there following vanilla except for a mod at supper?

I wouldn't call either of those a mod, even though I don't think either of them are necessary. Essentially my eliminating carbs, all you're doing is cutting some calories.
