			GK,
You asked a good question, how am I getting so much green?
I have been thinking about that the last few days.
For some reason I am particularly focused right now. Don't know why, but at work, at home, and eating, I am focused. Three meals a day keeps me full, satisfied, and happy.
I joked about eggs, but a substantial breakfast seems to help with the whole day. (I have quit drinking low calorie mochas.)
Other meals: I try to not worry about the caloric make up of what I eat. I may have bologna and salami at lunch, but I also eat apples, nectarines, etc. A sandwich bag of chips is quite small, but add some pleasure to lunch for me. (Not that I eat chips everyday...)
In the last month I have eaten out twice; once with my parents (Vietnamese) and once a breakfast at Mickey Dee's with my twins. I'm not sure eating out to much doesn't promote more eating.
Exercise: I have cut way back on exercise, but what I have lost in volume, I believe I have made up in intensity. I continue to grow stronger week to week, so I know the Super Slow training works in he strength department. Also, if I am gaining muscle, than theoretically I am burning more calories. And personally I do feel a need to eat more when I exercise more. (Aerobically)
Less TV: For whatever reason I am spending much less time in front of the TV. And, more TV time I assume means more calories. I am reading, taking saunas, playing online bridge, etc. I guess a change of one behavior has affected a second behavior.
Just some thoughts.
