Hey people, I have been reading this forum a lot lately and have finally signed up.... I started No S Diet about two weeks ago, went well for the first week, starting to slip, so looking for motivation.
What I have been struggling with is what to eat for my three meals a day, does anyone have some suggestions?

There really isn't much you can't eat on No-s -- that's one of it's biggest selling points.
Do you have any additional dietary issues? If not, then start with filling up your plates with whatever non-sweets most appeal to you. Get a few weeks of successful compliance under your belt and then consider whether you need anything more complicated. My bet is you won't.
