* * * week of 9/11 challenge * * *
I challenge you to have an absolutely perfect week. No cheating, slips or close-enoughs.
This is for anybody who needs encouragement and daily accountability. Think of this as your own little cheering section.
- Write down what your "perfect" is at the top of your post and then update us as to how you're doing. Accountability helps!
- *Remember* to only post once at the top and edit that first post all week with an update of how you are doing. It's easier to find each other.
- Please re-read that last one, some people don't get it.
- After Monday we will continue posting at the bottom for encouragement and fun.
- This challenge is meant for all of us to give support, so let's try hard to do that.
- Anyone can start whenever through out the week. The more ~ the merrier!
- Be sure to tell us all at the end of the week if you did have a perfectly successful week!!!

I am in, too!
I'm still a beginner, so I'm doing No-S pretty strictly. "Perfect" for me will be to simply have no snacks, sweets, or seconds except on days that begin with S. That sounds familiar! And oh, let's make it three meals.

Not even married. But I have a Husband who rejoices over me. Isaiah 62:5
Colossians 2:20-3:4 is why I don't diet. Want my HEART to change. Doing NoS to learn discipline by His grace. Grace motivated effort. Not TO BE loved. But BECAUSE I'm loved.

I'm in...
NoS + 1 cup of hot chocolate per day allowed.
15' of exercise or relaxation.
30' walking, 14 flights of stairs.
Monday: NoS exercise walking stairs
(well, obviously it won't be an exactly perfect week since I've failed at my stairs goal already - although I could have called it an S... Anyway my goal is a perfect Tue to Fri).
Tuesday: NoS exercise walking stairs (I actually went back to the ground floor to be able to climb the stairs back up)
Wednesday: NoS exercise walking stairs
Thursday: NoS exercise walking stairs
Friday: NoS exercise walking stairs

@renee : don't be too impressed... it was only 4 floors. In a normal workday I routinely climb 3 and 4 floors, twice each (hence to 14 floors goal). But yes, usually if I miss an occasion to climb the stairs I don't go to the trouble of going back downstairs... this weekly challenge is strangely motivating.
