Papaya has the little round black seeds, but you don"t eat the seeds. It's so good here because it grows on palm trees nearby. If its not ripe it tastes terrible.
I am ready to cook that rooster if I could get someone to kill and clean it for me! My hand feels much better today, thanks.

DAY 11 an S day.

B-- 2 squares dark chocolate, green smoothie, rice with two tiny eggs, sour cream, cheese and salsa.
Din-- Date with my hubby, we split the tampequeno beef plate (beef steak, rice, beans, taquito, enchilada, dinner roll and I had 1/4 of his sweet roll.)
Supper-- Papaya with plain yogurt, granola, honey, almonds and craisins. one square dark chocolate.
Today is
Day 12 and an S day
B-- Green smoothie, 2 squares dk chocolate, 1/2 of a danish roll, a small handful of mixed nuts
Dinner-- we went out to celebrate Easter. Turkey dinner: pineapple drink, cream of asparagus soup, chips, salsa, mashed potatoes, turkey and stuffing, gravy, flan for dessert- The turkey, stuffing and gravy were a little strange, didn't taste like turkey, but I ate it anyway! Oh well, we're in Mexico! I'll have to cook a turkey when we get back! I only had half of my flan (yum) I was so full.
Supper-- Grilled cheese on whole grain, 5 green olives, 1/2 of a yummy mango.
