I came across the No S diet by chance, I cannot even remember how, but something about it struck a chord.
I have always been a bit overweight and had a tendency to comfort eat, but for various reasons it had got rather out of control over the past 2 years and my weight has inexorably gone up.
I decided to give Vanilla No S a whirl and after a settling in period I have found it surprisingly easy to do. I have been doing it for about a month and a half and have lost about half a stone in weight, but more importantly I feel back in control of what I eat.
