05/14/11 - 165 lbs
05/01/12 - 142 lbs
No S Lifestyle For Keeps :)

One of the best things about NoS is how *easy* it is to keep on, keeping on. I'm past the 3.5 year mark with NoS (successfully, but not perfectly) and it really does get better and better.

Congratulations! Post in the testimonial section, too!
