hello to everyone
I had looked at this site and read the book a few months ago and thought it was too good to be true, but something kept nagging me that this was the way to go to improve my relationship with food and manage to lose weight at the same time.
So after the first few days i felt really good actually, but then had some special days with birthdays and anniversaries that I ended up having a few bad days, but I still managed to lose 1 pound in the first week.
I am a mother of 3 children, 2 of which are home schooled. I am also a keen cyclist and I am in training for a charity bike ride for diabetes uk.
So i thought i would introduce myself, say hello and hope to chat with you at some point.
Have a good weekend

Welcome, Sonia! As someone who has a history of calorie counting, going on and off, losing and regaining, etc., I find this program very refreshing! I hope you do, too.

Welcome!
I'm also a mom to three young'ins! No-S has really helped me create better eating habits, as I have a history of all or nothing binge/starve.
I hope you find the same peace I'm continuing to find.
Take care.
Liz
