I'm currently on scale strike.....because I will allow it to determine my mood. I'm a much more easy going person when a scale isn't present..hehe!

until i get the basics of NoS down, I am avoiding the scale. I started in Feb, weighed in April and I had gained. Kind of expected that because I haven't been in "diet mentality" so i knew my body would be rebelling. I was disappointed to see the weight gain and i'm worried it will throw off my results so I may wait another month instead of weighing in May. not sure though. Gotta think this through.
Current BMI: 22.9. Height: 5'4.5"
Highest BMI: 25.5 in August 2011.
Lowest adult BMI: 20.8 in February 2012.

Nice article. Without a scale, I have absolutely no idea how much I weigh - so it just helps me to maintain the parameters I've set for myself. Many friends say they just notice how tight their clothes fit, but this doesn't work for me.
