I want to join in if that's ok (even though it's 5 days into august)! only joined the site today.
Although the day isn't over yet I have got to nearly 3 pm without snacking which is the hardest part of the day for me! I really enjoyed my breakfast and lunch and i'm hoping the worst bit is over!

August 5th: Success! had a hungry hour between 4.30 and 5.30 pm where i was VERY grumpy! had a glass of milk then went in the gym
6th success! Better day today! Went swimming too

7th success! Each day is getting easier! I'm
Already not as hungry between each meal

8th success! And went gym amd did metafit training after work

9th success! Resisted pudding at my mother in laws house, that is hard to do!
