you start in standing position, bend down and touch the floor with knees bent, jump back into push-up position, jump legs back to squatting position with hands on the floor, and then stand up and repeat 15 times or however many. Might wanna google it to get a better picture cuz I am horrible at explaining!!
Automated: I joined the gym....so they play in an awesome kid's club while I workout. Tobias is actually bummed when I come to pick him up

The apple pie was totally unplanned. I did well the rest of the day, though. I kind of got sloppy knowing tomorrow is an S day (Halloween). No excuse. But I do need to watch it tomorrow. Not too much candy. We have a mom's group Halloween party tomorrow.....I do plan to workout in the morning!
