Due to technical changes made to repair a Hacking back in 2012,
a few of the comments responding to the linked No S article do not contain the poster's name,
however, that name is mentioned at the beginning of the RESPONSE to the comment.

Thanks Bright Angel!
I really am into the Habit concept, I believe there is alot to it! I dont follow Vanilla No S, but I do my own version of NO S way of eating (N days, 3 meals a day, S days, all with counting my bites on my normal N and S days both...) , and its all about the habits. This concept can be applied to alot of areas of our lives!

Hi Jethro! i Just reached my goal weight today! I am eating aprox 30-34 bites a day right now, but I am exercising for about 48-60 minutes cardio and strength training every morning, (4 miles) and i keep increasing the intensity of my exercise, so my maintenance bites will probably keep going up at least for a while until I level off on my exercise!
You can see my post here that explains maitenance bites

My maintenance Plan as follows....
N days (counting bites and 3 meals a day) mon-Friday
S days (still counting bites but more bites allowed 3-4 meals a day) Saturday-Sunday
Capital S meals (no counting anything just a meal/time to eat) 1-2 times a month
Capital S days (no counting anything) 4 days per year
I also hope to adjust my bites according to my trend wieght goal band/shaded area See this link here...

Am I hungry? Some, not ravenous all the time!
