I'm right there with you, mustloseweight. I am so SICK of my own noncompliance that I can't stand it for one more day. My scale certainly reflects my lack of self-discipline. I remember reading something oolala53 once wrote that said something about even ones failures can cause one to become more determined or something like that...I think that's where I am now. SO done!!!
Remember this tomorrow or whenever it's time for your 14 minutes or to make it to that next meal...

You can do it! We've all been there - it sounds so simple in theory, but it is hard in practice. I like to just focus on what I am in charge of right now - I just finished breakfast, so no eating again until lunch. That's all I have to do.
