Didn't do well during November, but am willing to try December! One of these months, I will get 21 consecutive days of following No S!
December
1 Monday - not perfect, but much better. Day 3 of 21 straight days
2 Tuesday. Not today. Try again tomorrow.
3 Wednesday, not perfect, but pretty close.
4 Thursday. Need to tighten up, but am doing better than binge eating.
5 Friday
6 Saturday - S Day - ate a lot, but it was allowed. Some day I may want to tone this day down.
7 Sunday - S Day
8 Monday
9 Tuesday
10 Wednesday
11 Thursday
12 Friday - was able to go 8 days this time!
