Introduction and a question

Post by mf246 » Tue May 30, 2006 3:56 pm

Hello all. It was funny to find this site, as the 'no s' is similar to an eating approach I used some years back to get the leanest I've ever been (no sugar, three squares). I can attest to how well it works.

I fell away from it when I went back to college and my schedule changed from a 9 to 5 job to a 'student/partime worker get sleep and food when you can' routine.

I am up early and to bed late, this makes for some long stretches between meals. It used to be I would just go to bed before I got hungry after supper. Now that is not an option.

This is my question:

Does any one think there would be a downside to placing my meals at 12:00, 5pm and about 9pm?

The later evening is really when I battle hunger the most, I realize eating that late is often frowned upon, but it seems to be the most practical for me right now.

Thanks in advance.

If it works for you and with your schedule, go for it.

How early do you get up? Assuming 9 or earlier, that first stretch sounds dangerously long...

But give it a shot. It might not be ideal but ideal might not be an option.

Another alternative would be to do four meals while your schedule is this crazy.

It might take some trial and error to get this right, brace yourself for that.

Best wishes,

Reinhard
