Hi, Manishavyas,
Sorry to hear that you're feeling discouraged. We all have that kind of day from time to time. Tuesday, I managed to go off the rails and eat cake and then potato chips in the late evening. The main thing is to get a fresh start at the next meal. No reason why you can't have a plate of lighter foods, whatever you're in the mood for at supper.
There's also that tomorrow is a new day. I was just reading something Sally Dziadulewicz said on Yahoo health:

That is the kind of reminder I need. You’ll have good days and bad days, but keep going no matter what. Every day is a new chance to do your best.

It takes a lot longer than a few weeks to overcome WTH. Don't think something's wrong! You'll add unnecessary suffering if you think it's supposed to be automatic too soon. Work on it as long as it takes. Besides having rock hard reasons to want to eat moderately, it is probably THE most important skill for long term success.

It is no big deal. Start at zero, keep going. No one on this forum, even those of us who have lost weight, have had straight green. Today I ate like a champion. Tomorrow will be brautwurst and corned beef sandwiches, and some Coca Cola.

Everyone has bad days -- even people who normally eat moderately have bad days now and again. As one of my daughters recently said, "a bad day doesn't define me." They happen and you move on.
Sometimes you'll have strings of bad days. Just keep on keepin' on. Do your best. Your best will be perfect some days, but many days, maybe most days, it won't be. It will vary depending on lots of other things going on in your life.
