S days will be 25 December & 28 December (dear daughters birthday).
I am doing the orthodox 'sometimes' S days. So I choose not to have weekend S days unless it is absolutely a pudding after Sunday lunch to die for. One such pudding will be Christmas pudding which I have adored since forever.
Really value the chance to start afresh at the start of each month. Thanks for doing this cookie.
September 2017 - Starting weight: 19st 9lbs
March 2018 - 17st 2lbs

Hi -
I
l'll join the challenge though I always seem to struggle but maybe this time is the charm!
My S days are the 24th & 25th. My other main goal is not to binge on the S days.

- Ugh two bad days due to holiday events but marking it and moving on instead of giving up!

I'm not taking any extra s days as we'll have our big Hanukkah celebration on the weekend anyway. Oh except New Year's Eve !

Great to see you all joining in - and defining the extra S days - I'm sure this will help.
I too am aiming to PLAN my S day eating (except perhaps Xmas Day) so that I don't have any days where I just eat nutritionally dead food all day!

Okay, my S-days are weekends.
My NWS days are Christmas, and New Year's day. (All my parties are on the weekends, anyway, so I'm all good there.

Looks like many of us had some reds, but we made it through!! It was a month with so many food landmines.
I'm thrilled to have kept it to 3 red days, and wish everyone a successful and Happy New Year!
