I bought the kindle version of No S Diet book, and am really enjoying reading it! It is true that you only need those 13 words on the cover, but I love how Reinhard thinks and it really cements in my mind the reasons why the simplicity of No S works so well. I am a big "why" person and I am finding many lightbulb moments as I am reading it. It is a great in depth narrative, and a very easy read, so if anyone has been on the fence about purchasing it, I highly recommend it!
Even though I have my own small tweaks on the plan, the weight is coming off slowly. The thing I need to work on now is patience to stick with it knowing it is so much better than the alternatives, and the book is helping tremendously in my DESIRE to continue compliance

Yes! I agree with you. It's those lightbulb moments. Now that I am actually doing it, and doing it in a way that promotes self love and healing, it's so perfect and so simple! I imagine that a lot of diet "gurus" out there are super annoyed by this.

Yes, I found that actually getting and reading the book made a big difference in my success. So helpful to know the thought process! And the research stats helped to fuel my compliance as well.

I bought the paperback and I've read it about 8 times over the years.
I haven't posted on here for about 3 years, but I've been (mostly) sticking to No S and, over the course of about 6 years (had some backsliding), have lost 30 lbs. I've been keeping it off with No S. I may be able to lose 10 more pounds with just a bit more attention to what I eat, but only if I feel like doing that. My doc is happy as a pig in mud that all my glucose, cholesterol and BP numbers are perfect. He's happy, I'm happy! It's a win/win!
