Hello everyone. I'm Adam, the new member.
I've made weight loss mode by not eating starch, using green vegetables and cereals for everyday meals. I ate 2-4 meals with meat/week.
And you know, after two weeks of eating such a diet, I've reduced 5kg.
It's really amazing.

Hi Adam, What's your definition of starch? And which cereals are you using? I'm partial to Cap'n Crunch. Thx.

And you've been sticking to three meals?
