This is technically my second day. These rules are very easy to follow and applying enough willpower I hope this turns into an overall success.
Yesterday I ate
Breakfast: Banana, handful of pretzels
Lunch: chicken
Dinner: tomato soup grilled cheese
Today I am doing better
Breakfast: banana
Lunch: Chow Mien
Dinner: Baked Potatoes
With this regimen and my weight lifting hopefully I can upgrade my over all health. So far I have been drinking tons of water, and I honestly haven’t craved snacks. I guess if you keep busy you can battle your hunger pangs. Well good luck to you all and I will talk to you again real soon.

This dialy check thing is going to be though.
