Basic's please!

Post by jessjen » Fri Apr 18, 2008 3:08 am

Hi, here from Sydney Australia. I have just purchased the book from Amozon.com and would like to know some basic's before it arrives.

All I know is :

NO SWEETS
NO SECONDS
NO SNACKS

My questions are:

Can I have coffee between meals( water, instant coffee, splenda and a bash of no fat milk?

I there any rules in regards to the 3 meals eg: what makes up the plate?

Thanks

Yes from what I understand you can have coffee, esp. as you describe it.

As far as the three plates go... no hard and fast rules other than just get it all on one plate and when you are done with that plate you are finished with that meal,

Sweet.

Just to elaborate a bit on what blueskighs posted about the one plate...make sure you don't pile it high with food just to take advantage of the one-plate rule. Everything should be in a single layer.

Good luck to you!

You've got it:

No snacks, no sweets, no seconds, except on days that begin with "S": Saturday, Sunday and Special days.

Until your book arrives, you can find about all the info you need by clicking on No S Diet above.

Good Luck to you!
