After straying, looking for the magic bullet which of course doesn't exist -------I am recommitting to vanilla- NoS today. this board is so supportive / encouraging / sensible, and believe me I have tried about everything out there that there is to try and nowhere have I found anything like this.

Fantastic! I did the same thing too yesterday. I tried to tweak No S until it was unrecognizable and unsustainable. Back to the basics... here's to vanilla No S. Sounds like a plan to me.
