On No-S days, I limit my jelly and jam use to just a little on my morning toast (because I wouldn't be Jammin' without it!), but what to put on a peanut butter sandwich?
I've tried sliced bananas, applesauce, and mashed fresh strawberries, all yummy and no added sugar. This morning, a couple in the parish brought us a bag of blackberries they had just picked, so I think I will try that, too.
Anybody have any other ideas?

Peanut butter and honey, sure it's sugar but the honey is all natural.
I personally don't like this, but a high school teacher of mine loved it: peanut butter and pickles. Could be worth a try.

Peanut butter and bacon is excellent (with or without a banana).
Peanut butter and sprouts isn't half bad either.

Strawberry jam on grilled cheese is wonderful, believe it or not.

Oooh, and this isn't a new peanut-butter-and-something, but grilled peanut butter and jelly is...Oh. My. Bob.

Heh, I seriously doubt that since
he is unable to bear children.

I've had peanut butter and cheddar cheese (the really sharp kind). It wasn't bad. Better than pickles, any way...
(which I eat with cream cheese, so who am I to talk?)
