Hello,
I found this book today at Barnes and Noble and I will be starting tomorrow I am a young mom of two, breastfeeding, and I run my own daycare business from my home so my life is busy. I have been living off snacks

and still have 30 pounds to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight (which is my first goal)and then 20 more pounds would be perfect. It seems easy no counting,no foods that I can't have ever, with breastfeeding I know that my little one will still get what she needs and less of what she doesn't and I don't have to worry about my milk supply which has been the problem will other diets. I lost 70 pounds a few years ago on the "low carb"craze and I felt yucky the whole year. I never what to go back to that. But I have tried just about every diet within my life time. While I was looking once again at the "diet" books and found this one I prayed that God would lead me so here I am!!!!Looking forward to the journey.

Welcome to No S! Sounds like you have your hands full with the little ones. How nice that you can follow this eating plan that really just brings us back to healthy, natural eating! I'm glad that you logged on after finding the book!

Welcome, Daycare mommy!
I promise you won't feel yucky on No-s.
The hard part, for many people, is that it can take a while to see results. That's the flip side of this being a behavior that's sustainable for a lifetime.
