I don't know what "Slim Shots" are, to be honest.

However, it's a "diet aid" supplement of any kind, I wouldn't touch it. I think those kinds of things are neither healthy nor really useful. Plus, they feed into the "quick fix" mentality that undermines most attempts at weight loss.

JMO, of course. Perhaps someone else has some experience with them.

A quick Google tells me that a slim shot is, in essence, a small caloric unnatural sweetener that costs $40. Eat porridge instead.

Observe, if you will, the useful information on this page of theirs: http://www.slimshots.com/?page=tips

Mull over the fact that these tips tell you to eat properly and exercise, which will lead to weight loss. Consider, if you will, that this is the SAME ADVICE THAT YOU HAVE BEEN GIVEN BY EVERYONE FOR YOUR ENTIRE LIFE. Then decide if you want to give them $40 for a month's worth of placebos or if you'd rather spend it on something more useful, like a chocolate kettle or a Ferrari made of cream cheese.

On a less sarcastic note, these are sweetener-laden drinkable snacks masquerading as dietary supplements. You don't need them, and they will screw up your eating habits.

It's a trick. Get an axe.
