Dear No-S Forum:
After reading the No-S diet book, I decided to give the diet a try. I have lost 5 pounds in 3 weeks! I exercise daily but I was a sugar addict. I drank sodas every day and ate Reese's Peanut Butter Cups when they were on sale.
The candy is a sugar, of course, but counting sodas as sugar was tough. I am continuing with the diet because it so simple. The slogan sounds so lame (No Snacks, No Sweets, No Seconds...) but it works. I now only have an occassional soda or candy on Saturday.
I am telling other people about this diet!
