Oh for when you get back from Ludditing, I wanted to tell you that I have started a separate HabitCal for "no night time eating", at your suggestion.
Maybe this will help.
I hope so. After a few bad nights, I'm realising I need to put much more effort on killing that habit.
This has been the one habit out of all of them, which has hindered my success at losing weight throughout my adult life.
