I have lost 5 lbs on No S this time around and it has taken 5-6 weeks of trying to get in the groove (with a little cheating at first).

I am drinking lots more water during the week at work... at least 2 liters during the day. The last few days I took some Vitamin B-12 and it seems to be making me feel more boosted and ready for some more exercise than the occasional walk.

I'm hoping that I am on my way to No S-ing my way down 45 lbs. I know I can do it! :wink:

DON'T BE DISCOURAGED, SOMETIMES IT TAKES SOME TIME AT FIRST. I KNOW NO S WORKS BECAUSE I LOST 25 POUNDS ON IT BEFORE!
