I am drinking lots more water during the week at work... at least 2 liters during the day. The last few days I took some Vitamin B-12 and it seems to be making me feel more boosted and ready for some more exercise than the occasional walk.
I'm hoping that I am on my way to No S-ing my way down 45 lbs. I know I can do it!

DON'T BE DISCOURAGED, SOMETIMES IT TAKES SOME TIME AT FIRST. I KNOW NO S WORKS BECAUSE I LOST 25 POUNDS ON IT BEFORE!
