I am new to this but I know that I can do this long term. I love this eating style. It is how I will eat from this point on. I have been searching for years to find a way to get back to eating normal. I have felt like a butterfly tightly spun and imprisoned in the gigantic diet web that has taken our over country . I always thought about the difference of how I used to eat but somehow just cut not break free. The No "S" diet has cut me loose from that horrible web and I am eternally grateful. This is not dieting, it is a cure for those trying to undo the damage that dieting inflicts on our bodies, minds and spirits. Yikes that felt good to get that out (LOL)

Sorry about the length of my first post.

ironlily,

Welcome to the forum! I think your "gigantic diet web" is a great visual! I just finished Week 10 and can't imagine wanting to ever go back to a diet again! I refuse to call this plan a "diet" because of exactly what you said..."I have been searching for years to find a way to get back to eating normal." I'm not sure I ever have eaten normally, but I'm so very excited about learning how to do it!

Glad to have you here...janie

janie, this is my experience too, now that i know about No S and have had the chance to expereince eating this way, i think it might be impossible for me to ever diet again and i think this is maybe a very good thing - part of the curing that ironlily is referring to,

Welcome Ironlily :)
I agree with all you wrote.
You don't need to apologise for a long post that wasn't long, but there's no limit here on writing as little or as much as you like.
Good luck.
