I've been doing this no-s thing for about three weeks, maybe four. I lost 13 pounds within the first two weeks, gained 3 pounds back, then lost two again. We'll see how I do this week, although Tuesday night I just was ravishing hungry...ended up eating 3 grilled cheese sandwiches (did I really say that!), a bowl of ice cream w/hot fudge, then later went after my favorite snack - pretzels! Maybe those last 3 pounds will be back

Oh well, the most important thing is that I know this can work for me, despite setbacks. The way I found out about this was in Women's World. My wife reads it once in awhile, so it gave me a great excuse to buy it for myself when I saw no-s diet on the cover.
What I love about this is, as I understand it, there are only 3 rules (even if there were more I'd just go with the 3). Breakfast and lunch are easy, but dinner is sometimes more difficult. But in my mind I just say to myself whatever I can put on my plate is what I get to eat (I don't go for double or triple decker piles either, just what fits on the plate). For the most part this works. On S days I first when bananas even eating more than I would usually, but then I just couldn't do that... I actually felt sick to my stomach.
Well there's more I could say, but I see I'm working on another War and Peace so I'll stop here. I'll make more comments as time goes on. Anyways, thanks for No-S.
