every snack is an appetizer
Appetizers are eaten before the meal to "start up" the appetite. So each time we eat a snack between meals, we're igniting our appetite.

Hi Mrs. Partridge.
Hope it's going well for you.
I don't think it's as much a physical thing about the appetite being activated, so much as just being stimulated to be thinking of eating by being around food.
I think a lot of things can start up your appetite.. Even just looking at food.
My son told me that Burger King or one of the fast food corporations takes painstaking care in making sure their burgers look completely perfect in their ads.. They hand glue each sesame seed in place, just so...
Appetite is in the mind and not really in the belly.
That being said, yes, snacks would probably continue to stimulate your appetite in this way.

All the food companies do this. The people who set up the food to look so good are called Food Styists. What a difference when we get the food on our tray and it looks like it was slapped together in the dark. Don't you wish they had actual pictures of our food up on the menu board? There's a diet aid, right there.gratefuldeb67 wrote:.
