Hi Everyone,
I am finally online an able to write to you all and say hi and congrats to everyone who has been sucessful. I found the no s diet one day on amazon looking for a simple diet book because I am 24 and had my baby girl last year and lets just say I went from a 0 to a 7. Not saying that I was prod to be a size 7 but I am not use to being so big now and it has took a toll on me.
So far so good I have been on the no-s diet for 4 days the first two days was hard but as the days go on it has become a lot easier and I am proudvto be apart of this new healthy way of living!!!

Welcome, suse!
I understand all too well the pressure kids can put on your diet and exercise habits. I was very fortunate that I'd had my habits strongly in place before ours girls arrived.
I think you'll find that it gets dramatically easy over time and that (particularly) when you're in a sleep deprived zombie state simplicity is hugely valuable (just imagine trying to count carbs after a night up with the baby).
