I'm Nichole and I'm 23 years old -- I'll be 24 on November 6. I'm getting married in December and one of the things that initially inspired me to try to lose weight back in January was the fact that I no longer fit in the wedding dress I bought!!
Well, I started exericising again and got down to 147. Then, I found the No-S diet in May, which helped me shed a few more lbs -- down to 145, sometimes 144. I now fit in my dress BETTER than when I originally bought it at David's Bridal!
I've been pretty lax these days and while I haven't gained any weight, I haven't lost any either! And my fluctuations are soooo bad again because of how I eat well for a few days, then kind of go crazy with sweets and snacks. It's not as bad as it sounds, however, and I did stick with a lot of the No-S basics. Just I've been eating too much ice cream.
I've been straying away from the exercise bike in search of a new exercise routine, which I help will also get me off of my plateau. I've done tons of research on jogging and I've recently started. I hope that it brings the results that I seek!
I would LOVE to get down to between 140 and 135. I'm only 5'4" and I am at the highest healthy weight for my height and I am not happy about that! I want to be in the safe zone of a healthy weight. Now that the pressure is off and I fit into my dress, I don't intend to be too hard on myself is I slip up.

UPDATE: I'm married, it went well! I've gone up to 150ish and I'm starting to think that may be muscle, beings that I have been biking since December 2007 now. I'd like to get to 145 but I don't know if it's in the cards. I am on No-S, however, to keep my weight stable and down. And I have a big sweet tooth so I need something to get me to eat less sugar and No-S is reasonable enough for that.

UPDATE: 9/14/09-- I've been 133 for a few weeks now. I've lost 17 lbs since May 2009.
