Yeah, an Olympic slope, that made me laugh !! There's a bump in the middle though since I only lost 4 pounds in march ! ;-)

It looks like the kind of steep man made hills they use when they are ski jumping @ the winter Olympics, lol !! :-)

Cheers !

Marc ;-)

I think that's his projected loss. He's going from November to November. He plans very well and actually meets his goals... can you imagine! :?

Yup, I do my best with my goals too, but if you look at my graph: http://i39.tinypic.com/2ujjmlh.png, I'll bet you can spot my little 'skiers ramp' toward the end of april...

Still, I'm kinda... shucks... kinda proud of my progress. 8)

That's right, Stephen, I started on nov. 1st 2008 ... it's a year long marathon for me since I want to lose 85 pounds total. The numbers that are in the future (After june 1st) are the numbers I want to achieve, I change my graph up or down depending on what has really happened so I have what has been done and what's left to do on the same graph, you see.
I update my graph once a month depending on what has happened, I am usually almost spot on anyway ... I know that in 2 months I'll be at the weight indicated there august 1st, give or take a pound. :-)

(Oh, on my chart the months are in french, but you can figure it out easily of course.)

I like the nice SKI JUMP RAMP on your chart at the end of april too ... ;-) 24 pounds down in 3 and a half months ?? Solid work there, Brother !

Cheers !

Marc ;-)
