i just started the No S diet at the beginning of the month. i thought i'd have problems with the sweet restriction but am doing amazingly well.
where i am struggling a bit is with portion control. i'm staying to a plate but keep making them big ones out of fear that if i don't i won't make it to my next meal.
any other plate padders out there? advice welcome!

Welcome aboard! Don't be too worried about your plate size. Most of the more experienced NOSers took a while to get their plate size sorted. If you just stick with one plate you will work out visually how much you need to fill yourself up. That's why it's such a useful indicator, because it is very consistent.
Don't hesitate to ask questions on the forum as everyone is very helpful. Make sure you read through older threads too, there is a lot of great advice and you will see that nearly every question has been asked before by many people. It's great to see you are not alone in your concerns.
